INTRODUCTION

SCOPE
Contractual partner and subject of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions form the basis of the User Agreement between you and us. The subject of this contract is the free or paid use of the services that we offer under the game Love dice via our software applications. If you would like a mobile app check our website to see if we have a mobile app for your device and your device's operating system.
Conditions of Participation
The prerequisite for opening a user account and using the Love dice services is that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. Love dice is intended for consumers only. A consumer within the meaning of the legal definition is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity. The use of Love dice for any commercial purpose is expressly prohibited.
Additional Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to agree to additional terms and conditions for individual services. However, we will point this out to you in good time before use.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
How the respective contract comes about depends on how you register for Love dice for the first time and whether you make use of additional services that are subject to a fee.
Registration via mobile apps
When registering via mobile apps, the conclusion of the usage contract is based on the regulations of the app store provider (e.g. Apple, Google, Sony, etc.). The contract is usually concluded when you click on the "Install" button in the respective app store and enter your respective password, if necessary. Please note that in order to use the Love dice, a free user account must still be opened with us.
PAYMENT METHODS
If you purchase Love dice services via in-app purchases, you will be billed by the relevant app store provider. Please contact this provider to find out which payment methods are available.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Cancellation Policy
If you have concluded a contract for the use of Love dice or have purchased a one-time additional service or a subscription, you are entitled to the following right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
LIABILITY
Liability for Services Provided Free of Charge
In the case of free services, we are only liable, regardless of the legal reason, for damage caused by intent or gross negligence or the lack of a guaranteed property. Our liability is not limited for willful misconduct. In the event of gross negligence or the absence of a guaranteed property, our liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable damage. For the rest, our liability is excluded.
Liability for Paid Services
In the case of paid services, we are liable, regardless of the legal reason, without limitation for damage caused by intent or gross negligence or the lack of a guaranteed property.
If we breach an essential contractual obligation through slight negligence, our liability is limited to the reasonably foreseeable damage. An essential contractual obligation is any obligation that is necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract and on the fulfillment of which you as a consumer may or may rely.
Our liability for injury to life, limb or health for which we are responsible remains unaffected by the above restrictions.
For the rest, our liability is excluded.
Subscription
Each subscription to a Love dice must be canceled individually. You can cancel the respective subscription at any time without giving reasons at the end of the minimum contract period or at the end of the respective extension period. You can cancel any subscription purchased through our website by selecting the appropriate setting in your user profile. Alternatively, you can also cancel your subscription by email to the address or by post. Subscriptions purchased via in-app purchase must be canceled via the settings in the respective app store. If your subscription fee is collected via iTunes, a notice period of 24 hours before the end of the minimum contract period or before the end of the respective extension period applies, deviating from the above regulations for technical reasons. Your user account and all other subscriptions will continue after you cancel your subscription.
We are entitled to terminate your subscription at the end of the minimum contract period or at the end of the respective extension period in writing with a notice period of two (2) weeks.
CHANGES IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change or supplement these General Terms and Conditions with effect for the future. In the event of your objection, we expressly reserve the ordinary right of withdrawal. We will also inform you separately of your right to object, the deadline and the legal consequences of your objection or omission.
